Developed a :30-:45 second video to introduce the migration from Visa to Mastercard in a clear and transparent manner and explain the three simple steps that the customer needs to take.

  • Provide a step-by-step explainer to help customers understand what actions they need to take

  • Anticipate potential points of friction and offer peace of mind through this transition

  • Drive usage to the new card as soon as it is delivered

Varo’s mission is focused on serving those who have been previously taken advantage of by traditional banks. Created a social content video to test “Free Bank Account” in external communications and paid advertising to acquire new customers.

The holiday season is a time for gathering with friends & family to celebrate cultural, seasonal, and religious traditions. Gift-giving is one of those traditions, so for many Varo customers it’s also a time to balance celebrating the season and continuing to make financial progress. With the festive spirit and those financial realities in mind, we want to celebrate the holidays with our customers while also pressing ahead on the #2 business priority for Q4: encouraging use of Varo Believe as the default spend card.
